Genius Hour: Hmm...What to Do???

Oh boy, here we go again, time to think of another Genius Hour project. The first two thoughts that came to my mind were time and picking a topic. Thankfully for the latter we were given some exercises to get the ball rolling. Well, as for time, that is just something I will have to set aside. 

There are things I may have wanted to do, try, or learn, but not sure some of them would be applicable to last for weeks or feasible for this assignment. Say for instance bungee jumping, volunteering on a mission, or traveling to Rome and Greece. Unfortunately, I do not think time nor money would allow me to complete one of them for Genius Hour.  

Well, with all that being said, where do I begin? As I made my way through the reflection exercise, the common answers were my kids, family, traveling, sports, hiking, and Hallmark Channel (yes, I am a sucker for their movies). Now how do I narrow or combine that all down to a Genius Hour topic? To be honest I am not really sure. Nothing is instantly jumping out or screaming at me, 'that is what I want to dot!' Hmm...I guess I have my work cut out for me to decide on a topic. I think I will spend some more time soul searching ideas this weekend over the launch of Hallmark Christmas movies and watching my daughter's basketball and soccer games. Stay tuned!
